Well not all of them, their only heir Alexei had survived against all exceptions due to his blood disease, had found him all alone in a world he had to hide from until he got somewhere safe. Later in 1928, he married a woman of a wealthy family while hiding under a false family as well as name, later telling her when he knew it was safe enough. Now in the present era, their descendants live in Mystic Falls unaware of the dangers that lurk within the town soon find themselves in an adventure of life and romance after a boy named Stefan Salvatore moves into town.
