In all honesty, Marinette didn't know how she ended up in Crime Alley. One minute, she was walking by and the next she was pulled in by some robber. Let me back up and explain ___________________________ Marinette found out about her biological father by accident. It was just her luck that her class also won the trip to her bio dad's city. She doesn't know how long she can keep it hidden or if she even should keep it hidden.

Five years Damian waited for the last Miraculous Ladybug manga, and the ending sucks. Enraged, he boasted he could write a better story. A mischievous, fourth-dimensional imp quickly appears and gives him a chance to prove his claim. To prevent a disappointing ending, he must change the plot as he sees fit. What would a genius detective, Robin, do in the MLB Universe, to cause Chaos of course! And He has a task to fulfill, a mission to accomplish: prevent the Love-Square from forming. Be the home-wrecker and steal Marinette from Adrien. Is he going to do it? For the sake of the mission? We'll see.

Marinette leaves Paris on a design scholarship to Gotham University after her parents and friends turn against her. In Gotham she trusts no one, keeps to herself, and lives in Crime Alley- where the cheap rent is accompanied by constant danger. A brief encounter with Red Hood changes everything when she recognizes his violent nature as a result of sadness and injustice, and it reminds her of herself. Their paths continue to cross unexpectedly, with her quiet strength and guarded warmth drawing him in, and her sad but kind eyes and soft smile working their way under Jason's armor, unsettling his certainty that nothing good is left for him in the world and making her a problem he can't ignore- one he's determined to understand. All alone in the crime filled city of Gotham, she had no one, no family, friends just 16 gods, and a coffee shop. Her life had changed since she got her miraculous, it's been three years since his first appearance not even a month ago he was defeated and she was finally free of the hero life. But things at school only got worse her partner and best friend found out that his own father was a terrorist. He was hurt badly and wanted to forget everything, especially the hero life. It killed Marinette to do it but it was for the best. She erased all his memories of him being Chat Noir, it helped him feel less hurt about what happened. He ended up going to London to live with his aunt and cousin. With her best friend gone, there was no one to prove Marinette was innocent and the liar's minions would find every way to hurt her. The liar and the blogger even went far enough to tell her parents awful lies to get them to disown her, she had no idea what they said but it must have been bad. She had nothing but the miracle box left. So she took the chance, taking the horse miraculous she opened a portal to somewhere in the world and ended up in Gotham. Using the money she had from old commissions bought a coffee shop and named it after her partner Le café du chat (Chat's coffee) This was her life now.

It was just any other day but was it really, Gina Dupain was meeting an old friend at Wayne manor and that old friend happened to be Bruce Wayne. The two had noticed their child or grandchild's lonely life with barely any friends. The two had a scheme ready to begin and with the help of Alfred who had agreed that both Marinette Dupain Cheng and Damian Wayne could use a friend in their lives to bring some interest and mystery into each other's lives. After all, they were two different people behind the screen that were given the wrong number. He supposes it won't kill him to try to work with this supposedly skilled class president if it means that everyone will get off his back for being 'aggressively asocial' (although he will still keep NDAs on standby). A seal of fate, a blood right, and a hidden prophecy lead Marinette and Damian on a rollercoaster of emotions, humourous misunderstandings, and comeuppance -- and marriage?! ___ Basically my attempt at a soulmate AU, full of just about every Damianette cliche and trope I can think of.
