In the distant future, everyone must be married by the age of nineteen. If you are not married by your nineteenth birthday, the government chooses your spouse. This is a fate Aira is dreading. She's also dreading her parents choosing her husband. But she would rather have them pick than the government. On Aira's seventeenth birthday, her parents strike a bargain with her- if she does not find a suitable husband in eighteen months, her parents will choose her husband. She is now searching for the right guy. She finds him but nothing can just work out perfectly like that. Heartbreak and hatred might just change everything.
