A remake of the beloved classic. Mario gets divorced from his husband Toad after Toad realizes that Mario is attracted to men, not fungi. After being divorced and losing custody of his 8 Children with Toad, he finds a new love, and maybe even two.

Azik wakes up three years after his student went to sleep. As he travels the world, he finds that the deceptively-ordinary gold coin he was gifted is not just a link to Klein, but to his companions as well. (or: four times Azik met the Angels of the Fool-including himself-and the one time he didn't.)
