Mariel Ethans and Casper Kellam have been best friends since they were young. But before hearing their solution, you should know this. Casper and Mariel went to their freshman and sophomore homecoming together -as friends. They went to Mariel's junior prom and Casper junior and senior prom together -as friends. And both had feelings for each other which were confessed right before he stepped onto a plane in California to go to college at Princeton. This story takes a series of email's and Instant Messages sent between Casper and Mariel, but also a few of Casper's friends and family members sharing things that Mariel didn't. Could the feelings Casper and Mariel feel grow with the distance - close to 2,900 miles - or could the distance make it hard for the love they feel to stay strong? Only reading can tell you.
