This is my first book. I am a music lover so I was thinking of making one book for each instrument.

My name's Mckenzia Stroud, and I love a lot of things. The sound of my father's laugh. My adorable half-brother, Cosmo. The taste of strawberries. Playing vibraphone. Garrett Walker, the only other percussionist in the school, has a nasty habit of forgetting that he is not included in that list. If anything, I'd be more than happy to add him to the comprehensive list of things I hate. He can go right up there at the top. Just below my sister's drinking, my mother's new marriage(s), and the taste of said sister's liquor. Alcohol is an acquired taste, but the flavor of that cynic of a marimbist will never be welcome on my lips.

Stuff that happens in my life idk

Back in my Freshman year, in English I, we were told to write a poem about an inanimate object that we can relate to. A lot of us didn't know what the heck she meant. It sounded really stupid. But we gave it shot anyway. She showed us a few examples of what do and what not to do........It took a few tries to get it the way I wanted. Since I was in band at the time, I chose to do mine about one of my instruments. This piece was my 'gate-way' piece. (not the best reference, but ya'll get what I'm saying. I hope.) Well this was my first real piece. So I hope ya'll like it. I left it as is. So if there is anything wrong with it, oh well. I was a freshman and was horrible at writing. Suck it up and deal with it. Luv ya'll so much. Thank You. The cover for this poem is of me my Freshman year in Marching Band :) One time at Band Camp.......( fill in with your own. Our director was too lazy for it to actually be considered 'Camp'. )

I haven't found many fanfics like this and decided to do one. I may even make others that I have thought of in seperate books. Any fanfics that may seem similar to what I will right may have served as insperation and I might have drawn insperation or events from them. If you do not like that it is similar then please message me and we can sort it out.
