For all Halo fans! (And sorry if it kinda sucks. It's my first time writing fanfic for a video game) They actually exist in the present day. The UNSC are looking for new recruits and have come to an Australian high school. They have looked up on the reports and files on every Year 10 student at this high school. But one has caught their attention the most. A young mysterious girl who looks ordinary. But is she? Will she join? Who knows?

Ashley Watson is a sweet, plucky, and peppy teen girl but when her best friend, Tristan, leaves to be a marine, everything goes down hill. Her new boyfriend, Matt Rodriguez, isn't as nice as he seems and when Tristan comes back he doesn't like the idea of Ashley and him hanging out so much. What will happen? How "nice" is Matt to Ashley really, and how is Tristan going to react about all of this?
