The Patronus is the most famous (and famously difficult) defensive charm. The aim is to produce a silvery-white guardian or protector, which takes the form of an animal. The exact form of the Patronus will not be apparent until the spell has been successfully cast. One of the most powerful defensive charms known to wizardkind, the Patronus can also be used as a messenger between wizards. As a pure, protective magical concentration of happiness and hope (the recollection of a single talisman memory is essential in its creation) it is the only spell effective against Dementors. The majority of witches and wizards are unable to produce Patronuses and to do so is generally considered a mark of superior magical ability. After the long bitter battle between Harry Potter and you-know-who, Hogwarts had continued their magical journey throughout the forwards of time as the existence of magic developed and progressed in a multitude of modernization and improvisation. Marinette had entered Hogwarts while being famous for the tragic incident of her parents' death, and she aimed to crack the mystery behind that gruesome case. In the midst of her investigation, she had also been troubled to find her own Patronus charm as everybody else on the same level as her had already found one for themselves, causing the girl to carry a weight of pressure on her shoulders - most especially that everyone had looked up to her as being the last Dupain-Cheng alive of her era, giving her a respectful standing title. Upon finding the truth of her parents' death and the predominant discovery of her own Patronus - her miraculous journey has just begun. Can her polka-dotted luck shed her a miracle of hope? As Adrien tries to get over Ladybug and Marinette tries to get over Adrien, they start to see the world around them a little clearer. Without her life revolving around Adrien as much, Marinette finally starts to notice parts of Chat noir she never thought she would have. Without his world revolving around Ladybug, Adrien starts to see how blind he had been about Marinette's feelings towards him, and makes himself a promise to smooth things over between them. Hello! This is a Miraculous Fanfic, so I get to make it as crazy as I want! Muhahahaha. Anyway, in this story you get to read about all the different perspectives of characters. The struggles everyone deals with, how one wrong word impacts each character, and my analyses of how they think.

-A Miraculous Ladybug - Beauty and the Beast AU- Adrien is a young, handsome prince who had just inherited his kingdom after the death of his father. BUT he was far from the "perfect prince," he was handsome indeed but with that, and living under his egotistical father. He was a pride filled playboy who didn't care about anything but the looks of those around him. Marinette was the daughter of two bakers who dreamed of being the best tailor in the kingdom. She is a kind, beautiful, determined young girl but she is extraordinarily clumsy. The townspeople can hardly stand being in a room with the poor girl. Many believed she was cursed with bad luck at birth. Their paths cross when a certain enchanter asked for a viewing with the prince and was rejected, a curse was placed on the heartless boy and he was transformed into a beast! Unable to show his face to anyone, he closes himself inside and will not allow those who have seen him to leave. Can Marinette change this hate filled young man? and teach him what is truly beautiful in the world around him?

Marc gets akumatised, Ladybug and Chat Noir are incapacitated, so the responsibility falls on wanna be hero Nathan to save the day. Spoilers for the Reverser episode, though this will take a divergence from cannon. ~~~~~~ (Cover art not my own; credit goes to the original artist)

This is an assignment I had for a creative writing class (a story with a twist!). I decided to take the middle-ish part of Chat Blanc and rewrite it while also giving it a new ending. I hope you like it!
