In the miraculous world Ethan meets a girl named Marinette who is the daughter of two bakers who is also a superhero named Ladybug, who was being attacked by dangerous thugs and when Ethan saw this he morphed into his fathers ranger form and save the girl who saw him transformed and wanted to know who he was in which he told her everything about him and where he came from and the two started to get a long pretty well.

No one suddenly expects their life to get thrown upside down, but that's what a small flying and talking black cat can do when he gives you powers and tells you to save the day. Basically, the Miraculous Universe if Adrien wasn't Chat Noir, but a completely different girl was.
