Bonjour. Mon nom est Mathieu Marins, et je suis mort. Enfin... Pas exactement. Techniquement, je suis seulement dans le coma. Un coma si profond qu'il s'apparenterait apparement à une mort naturelle. Je dois l'admettre, me faire renverser par cette voiture était la dernière chose à laquelle je me serais attendu. C'est vrai quoi: à 16 ans, l'idée de mourir n'est la première qui nous vient à l'esprit, pas vrai? Et pourtant... Et bien, c'est arrivé. Vous vous demandez probablement pourquoi je vous racontes tout ça: en effet, si je suis juste en train de siroter un cocktail au paradis en bavardant avec Dieu et ses archanges, pourquoi vous embêter? Et bien c'est justement parce que je ne suis pas en train de siroter des cocktails. Loin de là. Pourquoi, tout simplement parce qu'après la mort, il nous arrive quelque chose à nous, les humains, que vous n'auriez jamais imaginé. Le paradis, l'enfer... Tout ça ça c'est des sornettes! Ce qui se passe après le décès d'un être vivant est mille fois plus intéressant. Et mille fois plus dangereux aussi. Tellement dangereux que j'en frissonne, quand je pense à ce qui m'attends dans le futur. Vous êtes curieux? Vous êtes intéressé?
