Mario presented as an omega but since society thinks that omegas were low class and only good for as slaves. He decided that he would cover up his omega pheromones with beta pheromones and his heat with heat pills. That was until Bowser had kidnapped the princess again but while trying to save the princess he forgot to take his heat pills and spray on his beta pheromones.
