Detective Knight also known as DC Reece Emery Knight is everything a person would want in a boyfriend, charming, rich, handsome. Everyone except her, Marjorie Van Gould. The woman he's meant to despise, his rival. A headstrong, uptight (or was it just around him) yet chaotic woman with caramel eyes, wild curls and a temper (again, was that just around him?). That was until their supervisor decided to lump them on a case together. In Oxford where they have to disguise themselves as Masters students at the prestigous Oxford University to discreetly investigate a series of ongoing murders and disappearances. Whilst balancing their hatred for one another. Oh and did i mention? In order to get to the root of the case they'll need to get into a secret society, the cases only lead. And when one of them has an unfortunate slip of the tongue.. they are forced into a fake relationship. Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Especially when both parties are hiding their own hidden demons. A story of rivalry, romance, healing. A story featuring bookstores, old cities, coffee, boat rides, academics and murder investigations.
