A woman gave birth to a beautiful baby girl but died at birth, the council didn't know what to do with the child so they locked her up in the sky box, luckily there was a loving guard that looked after her all her life in the sky box and even named her, Tulip Rose. Three years pass and the council decides to send down the 100. Bellamy grows found of the child and takes care of her when they reach the ground.
