They say that the opposites attract. And it couldn't be more truer when it came to Juanita Monroe and Marshall Mathers. Juanita is a shy girl with a huge personality flow. She was always a people pleaser, you see. Doing stuff she didn't necessarily want to do just to make others happy and bring a smile to their face and brighten up their day. Which unfortunately leads to her getting taken advantage of a lot by people who realize it is simply damn near impossible for her to say "no". Meeting a man like Marshall, a rebellious guy and an aspiring rapper who has always played it by his own rules, never giving too many fucks about anybody but himself and the people closest to him, Nita finds herself quickly sucked into his world which will rock her own peaceful existence all the way to it's core...

It's 2009. Marshall Mathers has just put out "Relapse" after a big break in his career. His manager, Paul Rosenberg, thinks that it would be a nice promotion for Marshall to have a series of articles written about his everyday life. For that Paul reaches out to a new but popular musical magazine in Detroit. By good fortune, the main character of our story, Ella, works as a journalist in that magazine. Ella is chosen to be the one who'll write the articles and spend the whole month following Eminem's life. The only thing is that from the first day the things between Ella and Marshall doesn't go really well. But perhaps, something may change? P.S. It's 1998 and Katherine Arden, an internationally known singer, grows close to new up and coming rap artist, Eminem. The story describes their relationship from 1998 to present day.
