Flamekit was always an ambitious kit. Trying hard to learn, to prove herself and defend her Clan. All changed for her when she became an apprentice. A strange group of cats has wondered into MoonClan territory. MoonClan faces challenges with letting the cats stay, some warriors in the Clan don't trust the newcomers, but some of them are willing to give them a chance. But Flamepaw surprisingly is going to give these cats a chance. As the group stays, Flamepaw learns of a prophecy that will shake the forest. Flamepaw doesn't know what to think. But can she still rise up and defend her Clan as she hoped?

At every gathering, new kits will be mentioned, but after 3 moons of apprenticeship, the apprentices are never seen again. Why? Is something in CanineClan borders causing innocent kits to die? Blossomtail, the old medicine cat, knows why the kits are disappearing. Because of the new law that kits who don't show their worth at 9 moons old, they are to be exiled and never see again. The old cat hardly knows if they survive... Because of this, she had never been allowed an apprentice, thus putting the clan at risk. Once she dies, the clan could die without a medicine cat to take on after. She begins to fear the worst for the Clan. One night, she has a dream, a dream that could change the fate of CanineClan, as well as Blossomtail's future.

There is no rainfall for moons, and the water starts drying up. CanineClan warriors have no choice to venture farther and farther to find water for their comrades. It takes the courage of one apprentice that saves the clan. One cat to risk it all and bring the waters back to the Clans.

Thunderclan, Shadowclan, Skyclan, Riverclan, and Windclan have long disappeared and is forgotten. Five more clans appeared, Forestclan, Marshclan, Gladeclan, Waterclan, and Moorclan, in their place. They lived in peace for many moons but an illness start to destroy the clans. Springpaw is a young medicine cat who gets a prophecy from Starclan to travel to where the illness started with four other clan cats. She starts her travels along side Eveningbrook, Shadesun, Cypress-storm, Spottedlight to the Starfall Tribe to find the cure and save both the clan and the tribe.
