Inside this book contains the adventures of the Time Queen Rho of Gallifrey who just so happens to be the soulmate of The Doctor. This story will jump back and forth to different seasons/episodes of the bbc show doctor who. I have yet to watch the black and white original so some of the gallifrey stuff might not be completely true to the storyline but the main thing is my OC is not a normal time lady but was born as the queen of them - a title that gets passed on when the previous time king/queen uses up all their regenerations. In my story Rho aka The Rogue aka Roxy gets an additional mark besides her soulmate mark the day the previous Time King of Gallifrey died during the war but she's only on the 1st of her regenerations and still just a child (about the same age as kid melody pond/river song) she refuses to follow orders etc hence her "title" and ends up fleeing to earth during the time war. The story is going to have a river themed prologue and then start from season 5 episode 1 and then who knows from there but will mostly revolve around doctors 9-12.

The Doctor was a very lonely man, regardless of what he told himself. He needed people. It was a fact, and the universe seemed to know that he could not last alone for long. So the universe does what it always does, it takes one lonely person and pairs it with another even lonelier person. Because everybody needs somebody, even if they deny it over and over again. Or, The Doctor accidentally discovers a stranded young girl who has lost her entire planet, leaving her the last of her kind. I always knew I was different. I couldn't help but know. For a period of time I was everywhere, on the news, in magazines, the newspapers. 'The Girls With Two Hearts' they would say all of them seemingly astounded by my ability. I of course was not that famous, despite the occasional encounter with a random stranger who happened to recognize me. "You're that girl," they would say,"The one with the two hearts." I would just nod and walk away. I mean of course they would recognize me. With my rowdy tight curly hair that was brown with reddish tints. I am always spotted easily. My condition has many downsides. I have to go to weekly Doctor's visits. Whenever I get sick I'm hospitalized since they're always fearing my health and I always have to wear two heart monitors. I guess the upside to my condition is that I a couple thousand followers on Instagram. It's not much but there has to be a bright side.

Danielle or The Creator which is the name I chose for myself and that I am the Doctor's younger twin sister and that my parents gave me a time vortex manipulator to keep me safe from the time war because in their minds I was still young and they didn't believe that I could fight but they didn't tell my twin brother that I was still alive. They set the year to New Year's Eve 1999, two minutes before 2000 and that I was sent to earth. While on earth I changed my name to Luna Willows because the enemies my idiotic brother (The Doctor) made and fought with had said my name, so many times that I have forgotten and that my brothers enemies had the chance to attack me as soon as my brother said my name but never did. I had become best of friends with a ginger-headed girl named Donna Noble and had a boyfriend: Captain Jack Harkness. I had found out that The Doctor was still alive after multiple reports about aliens and them being destroyed from the news on TV's and in Newspapers too, I had taken up a habit to follow The Doctor and his companions, but neither my brother (The Doctor) or his companions saw me. That was until one Christmas...
