One day, Bruce Wayne witness Mr Jonathan murdering someone and calls the police. Mr Jonathan goes to jail. He breaks out and kills Bruce's parents. Many years go by and Bruce wants to kill Mr Jonathan as Batman.

This is what I believe the continuity of Modern Age/New Earth Batman, this doesn't include Golden Age/Earth Two, it will include bits of Silver Age/Earth One with Crisis on Infinite Earths and New 52/Prime Earth with Convergence. I might do a Prime Earth Batman Story if I feel like it's worth it, I'm definitely not touching Rebirth because that changes Prime Earth alot.
