This is a summary and review of the first film from the Lethal Weapon series, which was released first in 1987, and starrs Mel Gibson and Danny Glover as detectives.

When Martin Riggs finds out that he has a 23 year old daughter named Cecelia Riggs, that he never knew about. He makes it his first priority to find her and be in her life. Can he live long enough to watch her grow up and become a beautiful young woman who is working to become a cop just like her father?

Based on the hit FOX TV show. Martin Riggs has finally started to move on from the death of his wife, but whilst investigating a homicide at the L.A. docks (which soon turns into a city-wide hunt for a serial killer), Riggs and Murtaugh discover a face from the past that threatens to completely destroy his renewed mental state. But can he finally conquer his demons in the Pursuit of Happiness...? DISCLAIMER: This story might get a little hard-hitting in places. Feel free to skip certain parts if you're easily upset.

Martin Riggs thought he was just on a case like any other. Little did he know that his life was about to change.

When Martin Riggs moves to LA from Texas and starts working for LAPD after he lost his wife and unborn baby he never though he would feel again or even find someone that felt like home, but what if there was someone right around the corner for him, maybe someone who knew Miranda but not Martin. Someone Miranda would of wanted Martin to start a life with when she was gone.

In this film, Martin Riggs and his companion officer Roger, have to face another foe and rival, by investigating a case that involves a deceased woman that was thrown from a building. Both have to look up for some suspects that have some deeds before.

When Ashleigh is transferred to the LA.PD and meets her new partners Riggs and Murtaugh it's safe to say shes not best pleased.Maybe Riggs has finally met his match. Finally someone will show him his place. I'm more ways than one.

In the morning of Martin Riggs wife dying, Rebecca, nicknamed Bex, was taken and tortured but the enemy, wanting answers to where the American weapons were. After being saved and in recovery, she becomes a cop. They meet 6 months after she comes back stateside, on a case that will change the course of history. A crazy cop from Texas and a PTSD riddled Chicago native join forces, against the odds and fall in love.

This is my second Lethal Weapon story. And this time, it's Roger Murtaugh's turn to find out about unknown member of his family that he never knew about. Murtaugh has a twin sister named Destiny Murtaugh. Their mother had put her up for adoption at birth. And Murtaugh never knew about her. When, Riggs learns about her existence. It isn't long before he blabs it to Murtaugh. And the two go on a action packed journey to reunite Murtaugh and his twin sister.

She's had some heartbreak as well her husband of only two years was murdered and now she has to handle a new job and her adopted daughter Aria.
