CAMPUS SERIES #1 I play to pay. As a student-athlete, a 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘴' 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘳. Georgina always tends to have huge workloads. Plus-not to mention, she also works part time in order to keep her budget intact. She lives with her grandma that needs daily medications, an 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘯 to keep herself alive. But regardless of her situation, she is a pocket full of sunshine. Like a cloud nine floating in mid air. She takes pleasure in rebelling in school. Cutting classes, barely passing grades and being a pain in the ass of her professors. Opposite to Ysmael. A disciplined and a good student leader. He was a model, someone who teachers and professors praises and compares to other students. Unlike Georgina, everyone thinks that he lives in an upper class status of life. Considering that his father is a politician, everyone assumes that he lives lavishly, like a nepo baby taking advantage of his deluxe lifestyle. Or so they thought. His personality was down to earth. Someone who you wouldn't thought to play with. The authority hovers in him. His voice, posture and even the look in his eyes were enough to make anyone submit themselves to him. But as a student leader, what if he was tasked to take good care of Georgina? The professors' nightmare, the campus' rebel who's the total opposite of him. Paano siya? Paano 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘢? A growing collection of short poems, attempting to collect a variety of moments that lead me to express my emotion on paper. This is my first ever collection and having only been really writing poetry for a few months, these include almost everything Ive ever written! I do have a tendency to write with a marxist critique in mind.
