He grows suspicious wondering if being on vacation was really a good idea after all. After getting a burn from a Siren at sunset, he experiences small changes due to the burn which consist of scales being formed on his skin, an urge to seafood (even kelp), and a change in his voice. The pirates from the land of Hompy Bong on the hunt for the mermaids, changes his life forever. He has to choose between the Land and a new life in the sea.

This story is about a girl who has just been through s rough break up with her previous boyfriend. She never realised until it all came raining down in her that she hadn't met her friends boyfriend even though they'd been dating for 3 months. On a night out, inspired by her friend Mary, she meets the band Queen, and her heart starts to heal.
