In this au Regulus is trans and gay, James is pan, Sirius is gender fluid and gay, Remus and Lily are bi, Mary, Marlene and Dorcas are lesbian, Pandora is pan, Barty is gay and Evan is gay and asexual. (Barty and Regulus are exs in this and Pandora and Evan are twins)
