John is distraught after Sherlock's fall, so much that he can't even face going back to Baker Street for the night. He goes to the only person who doesn't make him think of Sherlock. Jemima Felicity Jones, an old friend from the army whose life he saved when her legs were nearly blown off by a bomb. This is the story of what happens when she meets Sherlock Holmes.

Eliza's memory is wiped when she knows something she shouldn't. For two years, she lived a completely different life. But after beginning to remember her past life, she is endangered. Sherlock x OC Mia Bardwell is a skilled computer genius with two degrees from MIT and a trained dancer with a lost sense of purpose. After spending most of her life trying to please both of her parents who each wanted a different career path for her, she's decided to start living for herself and is left to figure out exactly what that means. So how does she begin to fit into the story of Sherlock Holmes when they cross paths? Follows the events and general storyline of the BBC series starting with just before Season 1 with some adjustments. Basically what would have happened if my character was there. I do not own said general storyline or the characters associated with BBC's Sherlock except for characters I have created for this story.

Sherlock Holmes is back from 'exile', as his plane comes back in to land so he can be reunited with John, Mary and their unborn child. But when the child grows up to be 'different' to what people are expecting, will Sherlock solve the case of identity? Or will the truth tear lives apart?

After being thrown into a separate car by Mary on the way back from the airport John decides to find out what Sherlock was really going to say before leaving on the plane.
