When Julia is running late to work, she runs into Jack. A humble lamplighter. Over time the two develop into something wonderful, as Jack brings Julia into a fantastical world where she meets the Banks family and Mary Poppins.

This is just a random idea I thought of because Mary is one of my top comfort characters and not a lot of people write about her, so I though I'd give it a try!

Now an adult with three children, bank teller Michael Banks learns that his house will be repossessed in five days unless he can pay back a loan. His only hope is to find a missing certificate that shows proof of valuable shares that his father left him years earlier. Just as all seems lost, Michael, Maddie, and Jane receive the surprise of a lifetime when Mary Poppins and Martha -- the beloved nannies from their childhood -- arrive to save the day and take the Banks family on a magical, fun-filled adventure.

Everything belongs to their rightful owners!! You know of the original story with Michael and Jane, but did you know that they had a younger sister named May? She has dark brown hair like her father and brother has and beautiful blue eyes like her sister's.

[Set after the events of "Mary Poppins Returns"] - After the afternoon at the Spring Fair, Jack and Jane are both hopelessly in love with each other though neither of them has spoken the words yet. They agree on taking a walk together every single day after Jack's morning rounds, and every walk they fall even more in love... - Just a cute fic with loads of fluffy moments cuz though this couple was the absolute cutest in the movie, I couldn't help thinking about what would happen next between them. Hope y'all are gonna like it!

Light. We all need it. Nobody will ever admit it, but as a species, we're terrified of the dark. So much so, that not only do we light up our own homes, but we light up the world outside as well, as if the moon and stars aren't strong enough to brighten up the night. Gas lamps lined the streets, and although we took them for granted, their illumination provided great comfort from the dark. Nobody likes the dark. Very few know how to fight it, to get rid of it and make sure it can't consume the rest of us. And yet we barely know the dangers. You could never know the sacrifices. You could never imagine the blood spilled. So many gave so much. And we never even knew them. So if it takes people to fight the dark, who are they? Where are they? Why is it, that when you look out your window at night, electric street lights gleam their white artificial glow? What happened to the gas lamps, and where did their lighters go? Do you really want to know? The night has the darkest stories. But, if you think you can handle it...

Jack asks Jane for a walk and brings her to his favourite place in London.. This is a little story based on Mary Poppins movies, mostly on Mary Poppins returns. SPOILER ALERT! Spoilers to Mary Poppins returns. I don't own these characters, but this story is mine.

Jack loves Michael but is his love returned? Jack thinks not but Jane has a other opinion. English is not my first language but I hope it is good anyway. Enjoy! PS: I will try to upload that on ao3, too so don't get confused.
