John is distraught after Sherlock's fall, so much that he can't even face going back to Baker Street for the night. He goes to the only person who doesn't make him think of Sherlock. Jemima Felicity Jones, an old friend from the army whose life he saved when her legs were nearly blown off by a bomb. This is the story of what happens when she meets Sherlock Holmes.

When Sherlock Holmes and Murphy Oswald fake they're deaths they must go under cover to break Moriarty's network. During these 2 years they find themselves becoming more than friends and falling for each other. They're inseparable, practically made for each other. When its time for Sherlock to return to 221b baker street he doesn't want to leave Murphy and Murphy doesn't have anywhere to go, so they return to London together. What will everyone back home think of Murphy?

Hope is a small, burning thing that pushes the desperate onwards. All Mary Watson wants is to get back home, a place so far away, something that seems impossible until she runs into a Naval Officer outside of a pub that seems oddly familiar. She might not be the only one there after all. In her quest of home, she encounters naval men that are far too familiar and a group of pirates who are on their own quest for six stones they hope will grant their wishes. John has had to live without Sherlock for over a year, and he's broken. His beacon of hope is Mary, a girl he met online. But it's not the same as being with the detective, and he soon uncovers feelings he never thought he, or anyone else would ever have towards the world's only consulting detective.

After Sherlocks death, John struggles to move on. Meeting Mary changed his life, but after an unexpected person shows up, he realizes she isn't the one he loves. Sherlock couldn't believe what he was hearing: what she was asking was the impossible, wasn't it? Closing his eyes again he tried to say it the way she wanted it. "I... love you." It sounded more forced than the actual truth, causing him to shake his head violently. Taking another shaky breath, Sherlock searched his inner thoughts.
