The Winchester's are your average family. Sam Winchester lives a good life as a lawyer, Dean Winchester is a prized mechanic, Mary Winchester has retired, and John Winchester has trained Dean to become the man he is today. The upcoming holidays require Dean to rush to the nearest sweet shop for two Thanksgiving pies, where he meets three members of the Novak family. Their oddly charming nature, extremely good sweets, makes Dean return to the sweet shop with his younger brother in tow. In little time, the Winchester's and the Novaks become best friends, and a couple seem to view the Winchester brothers as more than friends.
