I will be following the plot of kekkaishi. if you hadn't watched the anime/manga... best not to read it. Yukimura Tomine is the cousin of tokine. At the age of seven, she was introduced to a new home where she now knew she had a cousin, tokine. She then was also told she had to take over the duty to protect karasumori . But she got tired of it one day, and left.

She's the most talented half ayakashi there was. Confined to the property and unable to leave unless she had supervision. Greedy for food and easy to be bribed with food. That was the kind if half ayakashi he fell in love with. Everyone doubted his feelings for her.
