Midoriya may have been born quirkless, but he has someone that will look after him for as long as they live. Their name is, Haruhi Midoriya. Haruhi - Spring Day, Midoriya - Green Valley. His big sister, who is 2 years older than him. She becomes a sidekick a year before Izuku gets into UA, so she is in year 3 when he gets in. Haruhi has a powerful quirk called The force of nature. She can control the weather, and anything that has to do with it. She can also fully transform into animals, turn only parts of her body into animals or just enhance her body with their strengths.
