Tim is part of the league of villains, his Quirk is called Flashback he can make someone see there worst memories of their past making them easy targets, something happens one day when he mets Toby.

For a face Toby is the ONLY fallen angel in the work that slender man can obtain since his family is he only angel family on earth... so this demon sends his most trusted assistant, Masky the Deertaur to go and watched Tobias Erin Rodgers.
