But when Chaos used the negative power of the emeralds to become Perfect Chaos, he accidentally awakened the being that was once pure. Years after the events of Sonic Adventure, the being broke free from the Master Emerald, shattering it completely. With the negative energy of the emeralds and a burning desire to conquer all, a sinister hedgehog was created. It decided to take on the name Nega. For it drains all energy from others and turns it into its own power. It has already drained the energy of the Master Emerald. It now has it sights set on users of Chaos energy and the Chaos Emeralds. How can Sonic and co. fair against this new enemy?

It all started with a simple sparring match between two rivals, Sonic and Knuckles

The Sonic crew learn about Angel Island. Knuckles disappears after that day. The boom crew goes to Angel Island to see if he is there. They find Knuckles but things weren't the same anymore. Knuckles seems to know a lot about the place. What is he hiding? And how will the boom crew react when they see some of their old enemies, an ally from the past, and a new face with Knuckles? Ten years before the events of Nagisa Shiota: Spider Assassin lives a tale about Sonic, the world's fastest hedgehog and fastest thing alive, who's having the time of his life after his long-time rival, Dr. Eggman, mysteriously disappears from his home planet, which allows Sonic and his friends to take it easy and not have to deal with his annoying schemes. However, the fun suddenly ends when Tails, Sonic's best friend, learns that Eggman had found a way to teleport himself to a different dimension, to a planet very similar to theirs. Without Sonic there to stop him, he quickly took over and enslaved almost all of humanity. Knowing that something had to be done, Sonic and Tails break into Eggman's laboratory and find the device that he used to transport himself to this new planet. Now, it's all up to the world's fastest hedgehog to undo everything that Eggman had caused, and without the help of Tails or his friends, it's a one-man job as Sonic has to destroy all seven Chaos Emerald Bases located around this new Earth and collect the emeralds that powered them to free the innocent humans Eggman had enslaved and conquered. Unfortunately, Eggman was nothing like he was in years prior. Sonic's day of reckoning has arrived.

Soon after Eggman had been defeated, everyone had went to there normal lives. Ruby the daughter of knuckles is on a quest to know why and how she is special. Sadly,it doesn't end out easy. Since her family seem to turn against her. And her anger issues nearly kill her. Sooner or later she figures out the truth,and she can finally tell her loved one what she's wanted to tell him the most.

Knuckles and Rouge's typical tug-of-war with the Master Emerald goes awry when it simply disappears from the face of the earth. Now the two must let go of their differences to foil a duo of interdimensional jewel thieves.

After Shadow's death everything went back to normal.Sonic and Eggman's truce ended and he went back to plotting against him.Things are going smoothly...for now.The master emerald is once again shattered and Rouge the bat is on the hunt.But instead of finding the pieces...she finds the suppose to be dead hedgehog.Shadow the hedgehog is back and is receiving weird visions of a very familiar girl.When Rouge alarms the others,things start to go down hill.Dr. Eggman messes with dark unknown energy and causes a corruption with the other emeralds such as the chaos emeralds.Not only that but Shadow senses something is off,and his visions are getting worse.Telling him what's going to happen,as if that girl is right there,showing him the future.While Sonic and his friends try to stop Dr.Eggman,they soon find out whatever he did may be too impossible to stop...But what they don't know is that Shadow has someone telling him most all of the answers.
