This is mostly the second half of the day with the kids doing homework, no hero fighting for the day; thankfully, and having a quiet rest of the day. No one knows of this solution, only the kwamis, but they aren't allowed to tell their masters. Once the kwamis leave someone's head, they turn back into kwamis, creatures that can turn humans into superheroes.
