Wounds become scars - and each one is a constant reminder of what he has been through. Even of things not everyone remembers. When Master Wu assigns Jay a new mission - one meant for him alone - he begins to trace the source of his inner unrest. Along the way, he is forced to face memories that are far from pleasant. And as Jay struggles with what he uncovers, his brothers and the love of his life start to notice that something is wrong. They want to help. But Jay is not sure if he is ready for anyone to see what he has been carrying all this time. This story takes place after Crystalized and revisits events from previous missions.

After the defeat of lady bone demon, young jing(or bei he) sets off on an adventure of her own in the city of Ninjago, where she finds out there is more than meets the eye. A overprotective older brother, serpents, zombies, friendship, purple ninja. All this and more little jing/bai he will have to encounter. Especially a certain blond boy who she has to share the same destiny with. (Master wu's words, not hers).

Everyone who looked at me thought of me as the weak, helpless, little blind girl. Who was lucky enough to be born in a rich family. But little did they know, I'm not. I was born, not only with blindness, but I was born with the element of sound, as well. I don't take bullshit from other people. My outside-self is the sweet little blind girl, who's so innocent and understanding. But on the inside? I kick anyone's ass who would even think of underestimating me. Just because I'm blind, doesn't mean I can't see. I can see the world just differently then you all do. I can see it through my elemental power. I may not see through my eyes. But I'm sure... That just because I can't... I can see better then you all. My parents think of me as everyone else, they protect me from everything. I made my own double life as the silent stealer. My wrestling name. So when my parents decide I need more security and involve the famous ninja. You can guess how I reacted. People look at me and think I'm weak, but that changed when someone believed in me. The green ninja. Lloyd. But in the end, when no ones looking. When no ones there... When I am alone. I RISE.

No one remembers the Teapot of Tyhran being found, hence no one remembers Nadakhan, his crew, or the treacherous events of skybound, except Jay. The timeline reset, but the remnants remained within the scars carved into his skin, and the incessant buzzing of suppressed lightning irritated him. But why did only he remember? this story will mainly be Kai x Lloyd and or Cole, and most of it is fluff. nothing against the other ninja, I just come up with stuff for Kai easier than anyone else

This is the second book of the Yellow Ninja. Chloe Stone is now married to Lloyd Garmadon. Recently, the ninja went on a mission to the Dark Island to figure out the cause of some elemental imbalance. They managed to fix it, and now the ninja were all living life. But suddenly, the elemental imbalance spikes. It's automatic. They feel it. The cause for all of this? A past foe turned friend, and back to foe yet again.

Lloyd has been scarred. He's been scarred beyond compare. Everything and everyone he lost in the last few battles has made him sick of being a ninja. So he left.
