For twenty-four years, Daphne believed she had it all-a loving husband, a successful career, and a son she adored. But beneath the surface of her perfect life lay a web of lies, betrayal, and a secret so devastating it could destroy everything she held dear. When Daphne overhears a chilling conversation between her husband, Stephen, and Rosie, the impoverished student she had generously sponsored, her world shatters. She learns that the child she carried and raised as her own is not hers by blood, but the product of a twisted scheme orchestrated by the two people she trusted most. Determined to protect herself and reclaim her life, Daphne devises a plan of her own-one that will exact the ultimate revenge. As the years pass, Daphne plays the role of the devoted mother and wife, biding her time. But when her son returns from studying abroad, the truth finally comes to light in a dramatic public showdown. With her assets transferred and her family turned against her, Daphne must confront the ultimate betrayal-and reveal the shocking twist that will leave everyone reeling.

A young woman stood outside, holding an umbrella as snow drifted down from the skies. Her face was emotionless but her eyes, their blue depths, betrayed the hurt, the sorrow, the anguish which she hid from the rest of the world. Her feet, adorned with plain wooden geta moved slowly as she walked toward her home. Then she stiffened in surprise as she noticed a small bundle, covered with a hay blanket. There were many piles of trash strewn around the poorest place in the Red Light District, but this bundle was not trash. She smiled reassuringly when her eyes met the innocent blue ones of a little girl and the wary ones of an older boy. In a blink, paper wings from before and after join their hands-- to carry me off, to carry me away; to a country, where happiness is the medium; to a country, where tears are taboo; to a country, with one season. This is an acrostic poem, its genre is what I like to term as Philosophical Science and in this case relates to the origin of the universe and the big bang as if it were the conception and birth of a child.

My name is Ashley Warren, and my business partner, Edgar Tarkington Ashley Warren. We are equal partners. We are based in the Silicon Valley. We are two of top app developers. It's a multi-million business. We have over one hundred people developing apps and making sure they work. Edgar and I have known one another since the first grade. Our maternal grandmothers raised us after both our parents and other two grandparents died. Edgar's grandma also raised our friend Karen. They live with us in San Jose in an armed gated area. We have wrought iron gates that are a distance from our homes. We treat them like they are queens. They have their chauffers who drive them. They are no longer to drive per the California DMV and Judge Ryan .

This poem is a heartfelt tribute to motherhood, celebrating the evolving relationship between a mother and her child. It begins with an encouraging refrain, "Start showing off, Shine like mom!", inviting mothers to embrace and showcase their maternal journey with pride. The poem touches on various stages of motherhood, from carrying a child in the womb, symbolized by the mention of "David", to the deep, mature connection with an adult son. It emphasizes the intangible bond between mother and child, transcending physical distance and time. The poem also highlights the changing roles and perceptions as the child grows, portraying the mother first as a caretaker, then as a guide, and eventually as a revered figure in her child's life. The recurring theme is the enduring love and respect that flows between mother and child, with the mother's wisdom and warmth being a constant source of comfort and guidance. The poem concludes by reaffirming the unique and cherished position of a mother in her child's eyes, as she continues to shine in her role.
