Via unfortunate circumstances, Nui Harime is able to return to life after the destruction of Shinra Koketsu - and with nothing left to lose, she wants to take revenge on Ryuko. For that, she takes Mako as prisoner, forcing Ryuko to seek her up at REVOCS HQ in Tokyo to meet her arch enemy in combat, and the longer Ryuko hesitates, the more dangerous Harime becomes.
