It will take place in 2019 in The Matrix. But in the real world, It's most likely 3019. The story begins years after The Matrix Revolutions. After The Matrix got restarted and rebooted back in The Matrix Revolutions, Mysteriously and suddenly the agents are back. With no clue suddenly the agents are back inside The Matrix. Morpheus was quite shocked to see the agents return. He knew Neo was The One. But it turns out, He wasn't. The agents return to search for Morpheus. As Morpheus search for The Real One. Mysteriously enough, Neo gets reborn. Morpheus and Neo then teams up to find The Real One to save The Matrix and Zion from danger and the chaotic agents.
