This is an Eddsworld fanfic so the characters that I didn't invent are from there.

For Tom and Matt that isn't the story, although Matt is known Tom is a shadow, often getting himself into trouble, Matt is the only one who knows his secrets, what's happened to him and what could happen to him if he's not careful. what will happen when Matt falls for a certain green hooded boy and the popular red hooded boy starts noticing another in blue.
