Your bf you have been with since kindergarten, after he lost his job as he had started drinking excessively to the point he got angry one night where he hit you, he has never done that before but the next morning he was full of remorse and apologising saying it won't happen again but it did like it always did you always forgave him and went back to him as you loved him but one eventful night he had been drinking to the point he passed out on the floor covered in his own sick slurring his words at you when he got up out of his chair heading straight toward you when he started to straggle you feet dangling from the ground gasping for breath grabbing the nearest thing you could reach and smacked it straight over his head with a vase where he falls to the floor. You grab your keys and run as fast you can you start driving till you end up at Alex Cabot apartment you knock on her door as you don't want to tell your parents she opens her door to see your eyes are red from crying hey sweet pea I need your help come in she makes you a hot drink to calm your nerves ok what's going on you just don't come over in middle of the night for no reason you start crying oh aunty Alex it was horrible what was as she put her arms round you he has been hurting me who has my bf what's he done he has been putting his hands on me for months I've stayed in silence as I thought my love for him was enough I was wrong. He tried to strangle me and kill me so I smashed a vase on his head your here now your safe that's what matters. I can't tell my dad he will kill him but we will need to call your mom because she can help us with what a restraining order on him I can't it's ok Alex holds your hand I'll call your mom Liv yes it's Alex I know it's middle of the night can you come over yeah sure Liv arrives at Alex's to see you are there Alex what's going on Liv we need a restraining order done ok on who her bf asap cut a long story short liv. Her bf tried to strangle and kill her tonight.

Your still in Alex's apartment with your mom you start to cry your mom pulls you into a hug I'm sorry mom you don't get to apologise for someone else's actions your mom puts her arms around you making you feel safe this is what we are gonna do I will fill the paperwork out in the morning you will file them with auntie Alex, Alex nods you need to inform manda as she is your partner and she will keep you safe you nod. You are moving back in with me & your dad as we can keep you safe we are gonna go back home now and talk to your dad together no mom please shhh baby it's will be ok I will tell your dad but you will need to be there when I tell him ok mom that's my girl Liv smiles. She holds your hand as you head to the car we've got this your mom says to you she drives you back home as you put your tired head on her shoulder everything will be ok trust me I trust you with my life mom good. You walk through the apartment door sit you sit on the couch your mom makes you a hot drink stay there Elliot yes can you come here a minute I need to discuss something With you Elliot walks out he rubs his eyes Liv says sit with your daughter she needs you right now he see's the fear in your eyes her bf yes tried to strangle her & kill her tonight WHAT elliot sit down now you burst out crying your dad puts his arms around you this is why she went to Alex because she didn't want you to do anything Stupid we are gonna do this the proper way not with our fists I'm gonna be filling a restraining order out on him while you will follow procedure to the book Elliot nods. Our daughter is moving back in with us as we will be keeping her safe Elliot nod liv yeah pass the blanket she cried herself to sleep Liv passes Elliot the blanket she wiped herself out from crying. Elliot I mean it though what I said I know you do that's the scary part you go rest I will stay up with her as I think she will need us both after tonight elliot nods.

Your mom is in kitchen drinking coffee your still sleeping when you are having a nightmare you are back at the apartment where he tried strangle you your mom witnesses what is happening and is straight there with you she is stroking your face honey it's mom you need to wake up your having a nightmare you wake up bolt up right your sweaty clammy and your heart beating to fast your mom puts her arms around you your safe I'm here you grip hold of your moms jacket for eternity it's ok honey one step at a time ok you nod as you take a deep breath take your time you nod ok mom thanks she smiles you want a coffee you nod you walk over to the kitchen counter like you used to any better yes thanks mom you ready to head into work yes mom. Your mom drives you both to work mom yes can I stay with you in your office today you can be where ever you want to be and if that is my office that is ok too thanks mom. You walk out of the elevator with your mom Rollins yes Liv office manda follows you & Liv to the office she closes the door and Liv shuts the blinds everything ok Liv not really her bf tried to strangle her & kill her last night WHAT so I will be filling the paperwork Out for restraining order on him good. What you need me to do look after her & look out for her manda kneels in front of you, she puts her hands in front of you she ok Liv not really manda full of concern for her partner you just sit there staring at the floor till you look up at manda you ok you shake your head as your lip trembles and tears start falling down your face you collapse in manda's arms I got you it's ok your safe here no one gonna hurt you as they will have get past me & your mom first you nod can we stay here for a while sure liv dials Alex's number Alex yes do you need her today to file restraining order no I got enough evidence on him why she is not in the best of ways right now one of you take her home and I will meet you at liv's after I filed restraining order ok Liv says.

The following morning you wake to find your mom in the kitchen drinking coffee as you walk to the kitchen counter with a smile on your face your mom looks up what nothing there something different about you today different how I don't know yet as I can't put my finger a-ha but when I do you'll know you nod ok mom. So what are your plans for today to go over my plans with Casey ok right I gotta go into work today for a few hours as she kisses your cheek you want me to drop you off at Casey's office sure mom that be great then I'll meet you for lunch ok then you ready you nod your mom drops you off at the courthouse as you walk to Casey & Alex office you knock come in Alex & Casey are both in I need discuss something with both of you Alex smiles as she knows what's coming you have your notepad and pens this look serious it is. Coffee please as you sit down I have a plan right I ran it past Aunty Alex this morning yes 2am oh that's why you ratty & snappy Alex looks at Casey with discussed I need both of you for this both of us yes I want to open a centre that helps victims who flee from there home right but I want to do on call councillors and on call ADA's for legal advice like Alex has said she has already committed herself to it but she can't do it all by herself that's where you come in Casey I'd like you on board Alex did you help here with this speech no this is all her how many weekends would I have to work 2 on 2 off ok casey says ok I'm in you are as you jump up with excitement really yes really you hug your Aunts thank you thank you?so much, you dont know how much this means to me yes I think we do.
