Scott Zeman is speechless. A surgical accident from the age of fifteen and a half has left him with the ability to comprehend everything as clearly as he had for the rest of his life but without the ability to speak. His handicap consumed him and took away his quarterback position, friends who worshiped the ground he walked on, pick at girls, his dreams of becoming president and getting rid of all the scum of the Earth, in short it took away his life and left him with noting but bitterness. But now Scott is awake and he is ready for some action.
