what happens when you realize your true feelings when it's already too late and the situation has become too messy? i liked Ethan. That is, until i got to know him- his head is emptier then a balloon. and he flirted with me while he had a girlfriend! in my defense, i didn't even know he was taken. then i thought i might like max- we had a similar sense of humor and he seemed really sweet. he ticked all the right boxes. then i made the mistake of growing closer with Jonathan- that didn't end well. he admitted he had feelings for me (and i actually considered going out with him!!) but seemed to get over it quickly... i thought i liked him but he was obviously just like Ethan. now, i think i might actually really like max but i know it wouldn't be smart to do something about it because- A. the brothers 🙄 ("hey max i like you but you should know i had a thing with one brother and another with the other") B. is the friendship worth risking? C. do i really want to set myself up for rejection? i know it's a messy situation and i should just walk away, so why am I being selfish and staying?
