Philomena, who's father was a mundane and a mother descended from an ancient but seclusive shadowhunter family with a dark secret, must fight alongside the others at the institute- all while harbouring illicit and unreturned feelings for James' parabatai- the glamorous but troubled Matthew Fairchild.
