Life doesn't usually suck, but if you are Alexandra Zabini, then it definitely does. Especially since (almost) everyone in your year is either studying their ass off, crying because they failed at it, or is simply too uninteresting to even try going out with them. So you end up tagging along with your brother's best friends, which are definitely not uninteresting, but one of them is particularly annoying: his name is Draco Malfoy, who for the sake of this story is a little less of a spoiled brat and a lot more of an attractive, confident fuckboy. And his life missions seems to be making Alexa's life impossible.
Daniella does not consider herself ambitious. She does not understand why people dislike studying so much, as it comes with books, quiet and even rewards if done correctly. Actually, she could not care less either, as long as they don't bother her too often with notes and homework. But someone is disturbing her inner peace: a boy with dark eyes, a striking intellect, and an unsufferable attitude. And when she faces him in an academic contest, what awakens in her might not be only competition.
What would it be like, to live the last years at Hogwarts as a Slytherin between boring classes, clever boys and a sprinkle of mischief (leaving the magic war aside)?
I have no idea. But this is how I imagined it.
