Dance was the only life you'd ever known, until you met Matthew Tkachuk at a charity event. Not only did he throw some craziness into your life, but he also opened up a whole world of romance you were more than willing to forget existed. When an opportunity arises, suddenly choosing dance wasn't the clear cut choice anymore.

Charlie's friendship with Matthew is everything to her; he's one of her best friends besides her roommate Evelina. They spend as much time as they can together, go home with each other from nights out when there's no one else to go home with, are constantly talking to each other.
