Mattmaltese Stories

a compilation of short stories based on my favourite songs/songs that have inspired me.

(This story is based off the amazing cover of "as the world caves in x cancer | matt maltese & my chemical romance cover" by clem turner on youtube. https://youtu.be/a5RTVoreSAY) (I'm not to good at descriptions.) The world is the beginning of the end. Two months before the real end people are trying to live life to the fullest before it ends. Others accept fate. The rest think it's a joke, a test on people to try to fear control them so the government can get something. After an underground bunker is found only a few people can enter. The only requirement: love.

A story following the lyrics of the song, As the World caves in, by Matt Maltese. TW's, mentions of bombs, death, earthquakes. Pretty quick story, but I love the song! It is written in first perspective of the man with the woman. Edit: Oh hey I just realized this is most likely copyright! 🙂

bea hated chicago. it's boring and shitty and she wishes she never moved here. everything around her seems so dull. the only thing she needed was her best friend, cam. well, her ex-best friend anyway. now he think he's better than her? screw him. he's just as bland as everyone else. ~ cam loved chicago. it's his hometown. his parents met there. everyone gets everyone. but bea was always different, he liked that about her. in high school, he made new friends, and left her behind. he didn't mean to. things just happen. that's just the way life is. new parts every friday 9am pst!
