(Matt X Mello) Days after Mello was burned, Matt invites him to live with him. In a chaos life full of video games, chocolate, and law, the two soon realize just how much they need one another.

Ok, so I'm not really sure what all this is gonna have in it, but it's probably gonna end up being IM/Kik/group chat of sorts. I love Death Note and I have always wanted to write a group chat fanfiction, so... Here it is!

Mello decides to leave Wammy's House for good. He can't stand it there anymore. Matt decides to leave with him. He didn't want to be left alone in that orphanage by himself. Mello often tell him how he was stupid for following, but Matt knew it was the right thing. A month, or two, later, they somehow end up being a part of the mafia. Mello and Matt have gotten older, and things are becoming different. Mello is mood-ier, and Matt... spends most of his time alone. What happens when Matt hears about Mello's insane plan to blow up a warehouse? What happens when he finds Mello after the explosion? What happens when Matt starts to notice that he may have different feelings for Mello? What happens when everything changes? Well, as they say... here's to New Beginnings.

Matt x Mello. Fluff and some Lime. Mello a blond haired boy who is good friends with Mail Jeevas. They both live in a orphanage sharing a dorm. Mello has feelings for the redhead as he pretends the boy of his dreams is just a friend.

'I blame Mello for the first time I went to prison, and I'm pretty sure he's about to land me back there.' Matt POV. Very strong references to drug use and some references to violence and death. A bit dark. Mostly focused on Matt, his back story and his dependance on Mello/drugs.
