15-year-old Maudie has been feeling a bit... strange around Ezra lately. The fact that she stares at him all the time, laughs at everything he says, or how she dresses up more whenever they meet up to hang out. She was quite aware that she had a crush on him. However, Ezra doesn't seem to be sharing the same feelings back. Their love was unrequited. This story is basically an innocent romantic slice-of-life story that will slowly help with the character development. What happened after S2 Eps 8, after they won the Young Small Business Competition, Ezra was still distracted, and they didn't know why.

After years of friendship and working as detectives, the Inbestigators grew up into wonderful and talented individuals. Many things have changed as they matured, but their friendship remains strong and steady. However, soon, everything will be different as they begin to realize that their relationships won't stay the same.
