Sinopse: Maurício (ou Mau Mau) e Felipe são de famílias completamente diferentes, maurício vem de uma família simples, mas muito amorosa, que já sofreram algumas injustiças, já felipe vem de uma família rica, com boa estrutura. Tudo muda, quando num jantar, o patriarca da família brandão, Arthur Brandão, revela que ele se casará com sua fisioterapeuta (e irmã de mau mau), adriana, a situação fica mto feia, com altas discussões, sendo uma delas, de mau mau e felipe. Após o casamento, no mesmo dia, arthur é morto, jogado de seu apartamento até a morte, todos da família brandão, acusam adriana, que vai presa por um crime que não cometeu. 6 Anos se passam, e adriana sai da prisão em busca de justiça e vingança de todos que fizeram ela ser presa injustamente, mau mau e felipe nunca se encontraram depois, e esqueceram um do outro. Será que eles se reencontraram? Será que se apaixonarão? Tudo isso e mais será respondido em breve...

During the colonial era, a little girl is made to witness her father being killed in cold blood. To top it all, her genital organs are mutilated by the stone cold commander leaving her for the dead. * This story revolves around her as she grows to a beautiful woman, seeking justice to avenge her father and her people but most of all herself. Will she get justice during this times where the only one who can grant her is the same person who defiled her? Will her people perish under the tyrant or will they get a savior? * This is a semi-true story based of the struggles the people of Kenya underwent during the colonial era. This version is rarely told but I will tell it anyway. It might not be popular as many people shy reminiscing the gruesome past, but if it is not told, who will? * This is not your typical hero/heroine story but it is based from a reality with compromise.
