Bennet Valentine was a good girl. Her parents made sure she was just that: Good. They, themselves, were extraordinary at being good and kind, so they intended to apply this philosophy to their daughter.
But, Bennet tried the whole being good thing, and it turns out that it's extremely boring. As a Hufflepuff who was excellent in Herbology, she obviously got along with almost everyone, and she had a way with people. So, when her mentor graduates, he leaves her with his legacy, and she has to choose between her good reputation, and a world of excitement.
With her change in social status, and her reputation doing a complete 180, she gains the intrigue of none other than the marauders. One of them, in particular, was about to find out that he was missing a whole lot of good in his life, and Bennet Valentine was about to open his eyes.
