Mare is a Red blood with powers, like a silver. But so is Del. She was raised in the woods, until her grandfather was recently killed by a silver, the same time around when the terrorists attacked the capital. You see she is a Red Blood, not meant to have powers. She is safe hiding. She may not be in the castle, but she is there. She is always there. (Red Queen belongs to Victoria Aveyard, this is a fan fiction.) (This kind of does follow the story line of RQ, and a twist of my own.)

King's Cage was an enthralling novel, but what happens after? Leaving us with a cruel cliffhanger, Victoria Aveyard has yet to release the next book in the series, War Storm. As a dedicated fan and amateur writer, I could not handle the frustration of the questions I had left unanswered. Fantasies of what is to take place haunted me, and I felt the need to write what I thought down. So here is War Storm, a fan fiction written by yours truly of what I would imagine the real book would be like. Mare, still struggling to deal with Cal's betrayal, is tasked with a mission straight from command. The mission goes against everything she believes in. Will she have what it takes to defy Command? Cal, lonely from losing Mare, disconnects himself from the outside world. Living inside himself, he constantly mourns the loss of the love of his life. But when situations with Maven, Evangeline, and his grandmother get serious, will he stop moping and take action? Maven, pushed off the deep end after Mare's escape, becomes more obsessed than ever. He will do anything to get her back. How many lives will be lost in his struggle to capture the lightning girl? All characters belong to Victoria Aveyard.

We all know what happened during Red Queen, but when Mare realizes that she loved Maven and he her, what will happen? Will they get together? Or will she end up with Cal? GOD I'M JUST GOING TO TELL YOU, SCREW CAL! MARE AND MAVEN SHIPPER HERE! SHIT GOES DOWN FAST HERE AND THIS IS A MARE AND MAVEN STORY. SO IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, WELL TOUGH LUCK CAUSE I'M GONNA KEEP WRITING IT.

When Mare chooses Maven under the Bowl of Bones, Mare's world takes a completely different route than the original stories. (Finished!!)
