In a rainy Monday afternoon of all days at the start of the summer holiday, Clara and her friends Lee, Lizzy and Mary-Lou, watch Fairy Tail from the beginning before getting ready for the release of the 100 Year Quest series at the twins home. Clara and Lee's sister, Skylar, decides to spend the afternoon playing video games with Peter (Lizzy and Mary-Lou's younger brother), along with Clara's cat Luna, and Peter's cat, Lucky, who are watching them curiously. However, upon overhearing the conversation amongst Clara and her friends about what it might be like to actually be in the anime, Skylar and Peter join in, with Skylar suggesting they close their eyes if they want to go to the world of Fairy Tail, they have to make a wish. Little did they know that all 6 of them have a connection to the world, including Luna and Lucky. What adventures await them? What magical ability will they have, if any? What's this about romance? Will Fairy Tail be their forever home? Or will they go back to the world they came from before entering Fairy Tail? "Who do you think?" Maleficent's lips folded grimly and she moistened them with her tongue. "Pitch has been active lately, and since we are related to him by magic, we must be careful. Relation by magic is never good." Her words were quick and panicked. I gulped and nodded as she continued. "Jack is one of the Guardians, so you should be safe, but I fear Pitch is up to something. Keep him close..I doubt that old man is retiring soon." "But what do you think Pitch is up to?" I reasoned, "How do you know he's up to anything at all?" Her hand grasped my wrist, and two fingers felt my rapid pulse. "Do you feel it?" She whispered and the staccato silence set in. "The anxiety coursing through your veins? It's in the both of us. And guess who we're getting it from?" Is he really up to something? The last I saw of Pitch, he was crippled and solemn. I couldn't imagine his gold eyes, filled with madness as he fought the Guardians at full power. The pain. The vengeance. But the vexation...I did feel it..and I knew one thing: Pitch was the king of Fear. Titles were not taken away so easily. I stepped back, and my arm fell to my side. "Fine, go find Pitch, and be careful. If Pitch has really lost his sanity, let's not lose each other." "I don't plan on it." She smiled, and pulled a stray hair away from my face before releasing my shoulders and stepping aside to let me pass. Her flames had vanished, and I strolled out of the room calmly. Ah yes, the Island of Sodor... such a beautiful place off the coast of Barrow-In Furness... full of countrysides, hills and valleys, as well as several railway lines that it's most known for of course. Specifically the standard gauge line running from coast to coast known as the North Western Railway, or NWR for short. Home to Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends. That was too good of an opportunity to pass up, and yes I am saying this within the story itself. As we all know, Railway operations must keep to tune and schedule, regardless of goods or passengers. Otherwise, there would be nothing but, you guessed it, confusion and delay. Usually it goes smoothly and trains are kept to time and schedule. However, there are a few things that can throw a wrench into that sort of thing. You might of course think of the troublesome truck, which... that's fair, you're not wrong in thinking that. I was just thinking of Mother Nature, specifically winter when she takes a wild gamble whether it snows or not... AND THEN ANOTHER ONE to see how high it can pile up, AND THEN ANOTHER ONE to see how much it'll stick, AND THEN- okay, you get the idea. Though in Sodor's case, and I'm talking about Sodor specifically, there would be one winter in particular that would give the North Western Railway a bit more than snow to deal with, as things would get... a little weird, shall we say?
