Hello! Welcome to Camp Campbell! A place where you and your Pokémon ( If you have any ) can do special activities! We hope you have a blast! Warning, this story will have Blood, Gore, Death, Abuse, Mental Abuse, Dadvid, Momgwen, Gwen x David, and Max x Preston. You have been warned. It's tough not having Preston by his side, but at least he gets to come home to the dork. Meanwhile, Preston is about to start his first year of college... And boy, is he terrified. The quiet bustle of students, the loud chatting of jocks. Yet in the mess, was two boys, thye brushed past each other, one glanced back at the other as they passed, yet neither can guess what is coming to them.

Max spends his free time playing his ukulele, rehearsing for the open mic nights at the local café. Preston is a loud theater nerd who finds Max at the open mic night, and confronts him about his hidden ukulele talents. MaxPres content, and mostly fluff and angst.

(Note: This'll have quite a few headcanons, which I'll explain right now. Max has two siblings, an older brother, Mark, and a twin sister, Maria. Max secretly has a bit of musical talent, however, unlike Preston, is not in any way related to theatre. Max also has stage fright, despite him being completely calm in Love Resurrected. He also has temporary insomnia, but only for a week, maybe less, give or take. Now for Preston's headcanon (I only have one as of now, but I'll let you know when I come up with more!). Preston, just like Max, has a twin sister named Patricia. Also, this is gonna be when they're older and everyone is in their first year of high school. And, I'm going to be adding in Dadvid to this as well, so yeah. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this story!) Max thought he wouldn't be able to see his friends anymore after camp. He stood corrected After David adopted Max due to his old parents getting too out of hand, he surprised Max by getting a job, outside of being a camp counselor, as a teacher at Max's school. However, what surprised Max even more was, on the first day of his freshman year, not only did he realize that David was one of the teachers he got, but he got to see everyone else from camp. Max didn't like the fact that David wanted Max to audition for the school's musical that they always put on at the start of the school year, despite the fact that Max has stage fright, and David would normally support Max about it. Max was never into theatre. It was always like that for him. Actual music, however, he was fine with that. The play would also mean that he'd have to not only audition in the school's auditorium after school, but he also would have to join the drama club. And Preston Goodplay runs it. Nikki and Neil try to boost his confidence up by doing little scenarios, as Nikki called them, with characters from their favorite fandoms. Max tells them that it won't work with someone like him. However.. Could he be wrong?

I'm not sure how I appeared in this 'alternate universe' (Or whatever you want to call it) where my two best friends are the councilors, and my councilors are now fellow campers. Jasper is also here, and I have no idea where Harrison is! But, I can tell you what happened after I woke up. So, I guess, I should start?... Oh! By the way! I'm Max. Ok. Lets start this fucking story. ~~~ Ok! Ive decided to start this little AU story of Camp Camp. Almost a 'what if' idea I came up with when I was bored where max wakes up in an Alternate Universe, where his best friends are the Councilors, and the councilors (+Jasper) are campers. It's probably going to be bad, but whatever. I hope you at least get some laughs out of it. BTW, I'm not sure how much shipping there will be, but there will be MaxPres, so if your not ok with that, then you might want too leave. Its not the main focus or anything, but its in plain sight. You will be seeing MaxPres. So, ya... Not sure how well I'll update.
