Suddenly everything that was ever a threat to the flock comes back to mess it up, sending the flock right back to Nevermore island. With Nino wanting Max to join him, Erasers on their tail and the increasing want to stop and make a home out something, how can they survive? Max. Fang. Iggy. Nudge. Gazzy. Angel. Total. These Avian-Human hybrids have been on the run for all of there life, surviving in the worst circumstances imagined. They fought evil scientists. Wolf morphing freaks called Erasers. The largest company throughout all of the world. And yet they survived. Hell, they survived, the end of the world. With everyone the flock ever loved gone, they live in a destroyed world, to watch everything settle in its place as the ashes and bones of the innocent lay on every inch of the earth. Maximum Ride. The one girl strong enough to bring her family through all of this, has a child with her true love, Fang. Phoenix, their daughter, is giving them a fresh new start. They forget their pain, and decide to move on to this new exciting world. What will happen next.

Hey guy! This is a Maximum Ride (by James Patterson) fanfiction. Max was captured and brainwashed by Itex into believing she has the perfect father, that she is completely normal, and into forgetting the flock. A year later, the flock (and Fang) finally find her. Bringing Max back to the family, however, will be a challenge with Jeb so determined not to lose his daughter- again. In the same way that Max was genetically engineered to be part hawk, Talon is part Max. Talon is special, and the perfect guard dog for Jeb's most prized possession. And finally, the last two ingredients of this cake of chaos, you ask? Faulty and Kateriel, Jeb's lasted lab-rats-gone-rogue, are mixed into the mess. Like any of the Itex experiments, these kids have crazy, unnatural gifts, giving them the potential to start wars, conquer continents, or, most importantly, destroy our feathery friends. Will the flock ever be whole again? Can Fang and Max FINALLY have their happily ever after?

(This story includes spoilers if you have not finished the last Maximum Ride book!) After the apocalypse, Max is in charge of the new world. Her job requires her to protect and rebuild a new world that will consist of mutants. Most of the humans have died off, or are dying. Max has to deal with a lot of hardships when being "Queen" (or as she calls it, "World Dictator"). This is the story after Nevermore.

What is up, my dudes! I haven't seen many Maximum Ride fics, so I thought I'd write one. Also, these characters DO NOT belong to me, they belong to the author James Patterson.

You may remember Max from my "the 100" fanfic that went to the end of season two. Well, she's back. Of course, the character and her personality, not the backstory or anything. Based on The Maze Runner. The field adaptation, though. I know that's not what book nerds like me will love, and I'm sorry to outrace you. It's just that I'm not good at mysteries or precise details, so I would get a lot of it wrong anyway. But there may be a few references to the book? Anyways, follow Max, the only girl in a maze full of boys, none of whom remember who they are. Enjoy!
