His father never would've approved of it but he went out of his way to make sure he got a scholarship to attend just to get back at his dad for years of misery. The two meet in one of their classes and from the start, they hated eachother. They had an occurrence back in college and since then, Sofia has made it her number one goal to make sure she never comes in contact with Beaufort ever again. Until he pursues and doesn't let her out of his grasp once he's in her arms.
